The latest iteration of JETI’s specbos range of spectroradiometers, the specbos 2501 builds on and improves the highly successful specbos 1201 and 1211. Offering the same versatility, the specbos 2501 can be configured for measuring a spot spectral radiance (luminance) and by attaching optional cosine diffuser, the specbos 2501 can also be used to measure spectral irradiance (illuminance).

Being a spectroradiometer, the specbos 2501 measures the spectral radiance or irradiance of the light source or display between 380 and 780 nm (380 – 1000 nm for the NIR model, 200 – 1000 nm for the UV model) and accurately computes all of the derived photometric and colorimetric parameters, including luminance, illuminance, CIE chromaticity, correlated colour temperature (CCT) and colour rendering index (CRI), as well as circadian and other radiometric parameters. Accessory focussing optics are available to reduce the measurement area down to as small as 0.5 mm diameter.
