Piezoelectric Drivers

Nanomotion produces a wide range of uni-axis drivers for applications using piezoelectric motors. Depending on motor type and driver model, a driving capability of up to 32 elements is supported. All drivers can be supplied with ±10 Volts analogue from any servo controller. In addition, some models are compatible with an SPI (Serial Peripheral Interface). The drivers can accept 12, 24 and 48 Volt supply voltages depending on the motor type.

Nanomotion’s XCD amplification and control cards are available as OEM versions and designed for system integration. The controllers support piezo motors of both the EDGE and HR series.
