Photodetectors

SphereOptics offers a wide range of photodetectors for the 200-1700nm spectral range from OSI Optoelectronics. The portfolio includes silicon photodiodes for the 200-1100nm band, and includes PIN photodiodes, PSDs (position sensitive detectors), photodiode arrays and colour sensors. For the near infrared band, OSI offers InGaAs photodiodes. Also available are complete opto-electronic modules. With more than 40 years of experience in photonics, world-wide production facilities and support, OSI has vast knowledge in optoelectronics. The applications of OSI photodetectors are in analytical instrumentation, medical instrumentation, inspection (for example X-ray scanners), telecommunication and different industrial applications.
